On September 30, 2019, Barkan Meizlish, LLP filed a federal collective action Complaint against Team Lubrication, Inc. DBA Jiffy Lube, an automotive services company with six locations in central Ohio. According to the Complaint, Team Lubrication DBA Jiffy Lube failed to pay employees for all hours worked including training modules and time to put on and take off their work uniforms before clocking in.
